Empowering awareness, adaptability, and expansion through intentional conversation.
Nimble Counselling was founded with the belief that true health and well-being are intrinsically linked to our ability to adapt gracefully to life's ups and downs.
We support individuals and couples to find greater understanding, clarity, and ease within their lives and relationships. Whether you have a specific concern, feel stuck, or want to care for yourself through self-exploration and learning, we are here to come alongside you.
Here at Nimble, we hope to help empower you to navigate life's ever-changing landscape with grace and resilience. We understand that health and well-being are not static states but rather dynamic processes influenced by our capacity to adapt, learn, and grow. Our mission is to facilitate this journey by providing compassionate and intentional counselling services that honour the uniqueness of each person and their situation.
We recognize that the mind and body are interconnected, and disruptions in one can affect the other. We approach counselling with a holistic understanding of health, paying attention to mind, body, and spirit needs as we support your growth. By nurturing the mind-body connection, we help our clients move towards more embodied knowledge, more ease, and long-lasting change.

FAQs
-
Our Counsellors each have their own rates, which are based on their experience, training, and the length and type of session. Sessions with more experienced counsellors or those with specialized training may have higher fees. You can find specific rates listed on each counsellor’s profile page.
-
We accept Telus Health eClaims direct billing, allowing us to bill many extended health insurance providers on your behalf. This means you may not need to pay the full session cost upfront.
We also accept all major credit cards and Interac e-transfers. A valid credit card must be kept on file when booking your session, and payment will be processed through that card unless other arrangements are made before your first appointment.
If your insurance provider is not included under Telus eClaims or if you prefer to submit receipts yourself, you can still pay directly and request reimbursement through your plan.
-
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please note that clients will be charged the full session fee for cancellations made within 24 hours or for missed appointments.
-
Our clinical counsellors offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions for clients who face financial barriers. Additionally, Nimble Counselling offers affordable services through our intern counsellors who are completing their masters programs.
-
Many insurance providers cover our services. Please check with your insurance company to confirm whether you are covered for services provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors.
-
We’re pleased to offer direct billing for counselling sessions in BC through TELUS Health eClaims and Pacific Blue Cross.
This means that for many extended health insurance plans, we can bill your provider directly—so you don’t need to pay the full session fee upfront or handle reimbursement paperwork yourself.
If your insurance plan isn’t part of the TELUS Health eClaims or Pacific Blue Cross networks, you’ll still receive a detailed receipt after your session with all the information you need to submit your claim manually.
